Hailed as a dream team in the chamber music realm, Nicholas Daniel and the other principal members guarantee a performance of exceptional prowess. Their repertoire spans from Dodgson’s The Old Cigarette Lighter (1961) to the inventive The Sorcerer’s Apprentice (1987) by Dukas and Martin Butler’s compelling composition, Dirty Beasts (1990). There will also be a matinée performance at 2pm specially for young people and local schools.
